When i think about one of the best concerts i ever went, it cross my mind Residente tour, it happened in 2017 in the Movistar Arena.
René Perez, or well know as Residente, he start his career with the urban group Calle 13, to later continue as a solo and venture into another type of music. I´ve always been a fan of his music and i was very interested in his solo proyect. He took a DNA test to knows his roots, he visit each place on the list to create a song there, the songs were recorded in Armenia, Burkina Faso, China, Francia , Gana, Niger, Rusia and finally his place of birth Puerto Rico. He made a documentary of the creative process and what it was like to record with the people of each place, i recommend it.

why was so important to me?, i went with my best friend, it was our first concert together, we were looking foward to it and we were not disappointed. First the opening act, we didn´t know them  but they were incredible. Then Residente came out and an energy was felt troughout the audience , he had a whole orchestra behind him, all kind of intruments, he moves and jumps all over the stage screaming. Of course he sang a few Calle 13 songs, like atrevete.

At one point i looked up, there was a boy in the gallery who almost jumped down from moving his arms to the sky so much, he was so absorbed in the music. With my friend we were sweaty from so much dancing. It was a great concert, one of that leave with a feeling of fullnes.
