CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME I entered the visual arts career in 2019 at the University of Chile, the faculty is divided into three different buildings in different parts of the city and in JGM it is visual arts and art theory and history. The first year we studied drawing, volume, color, visual thinking, aesthetics and art history along with a practical workshop, which in my case was analog photography. Throughout the career we have several very interesting theoretical seminars such as art and politics, territory, hermeneutics, aesthetics, etc. From the second year you can take your main workshop, in my case painting, but there are a variety of very interesting workshops, it is something I really like about the arts at UCH, in other universities there are not so many options. the infrastructure is not very good but you get used to it haha, the first year I remember that I was a little depressed but now I like it a lot except when it rains.
